Highly impressed with Rick and staff! Communication was excellent, they actually responded to the initial inquiry and actually showed up to do the service as agreed. Unfortunately, that's not the standard for every buisness in the area.
On the first visit, they arrived on time, came to the door introduced themselves and asked if I had any questions and also had a good bag for both of my girls. They headed to the backyard and spent about 45mins walking the entire yard picking up all the poo. Our yard looks great!! Also, when leaving Ithey snapped a picture of the gate, reassuring us that our dogs were safe and sound in the backyard.
They receive 5stars from us!!!

Couldn’t be happier with Rocket City Scoopers! Always on time, thorough in cleaning up our yard and on a few occasions when our pups have been outside at time of arrival, they have been extra kind to our dogs! I also love that we receive a heads up text ahead of their arrival. They do a great job!
